만드는 법

재료준비
1. 소고기 양지 400g을 결 반대방향으로 얇게 썰어 2 등분한 뒤 볼에 담고 소금 4꼬집, 밀가루 1큰술을 넣어 버무린다.
2. 무 500g을 나박 썰기 해 준비한다.
3. 대파 2대를 세로로 반을 가르고 적당한 길이로 자른다.
4. 느타리버섯 200g의 밑동을 자르고 찢어서 준비한다.
5. 콩나물 300g을 물에 깨끗이 씻어 준비한다.

만들기
1. 예열된 냄비에 식용유 2바퀴, 참기름 2큰술을 두르고 양지를 넣어 중불에 볶는다.
2. 썰어둔 대파, 무를 넣어 약 2분 정도 볶다가 약불로 줄여 고춧가루 5큰술을 넣어 볶는다.
※ 바닥에 눌어붙은 것을 긁어가며 볶아준다.

3. 고추기름이 나오면 다진 마늘 1큰술, 국간장 5큰술, 참치액 4큰술, 굵은소금 1/2큰술을 넣어 볶다가 물 2L, 쌈장 2큰술, 느타리버섯을 넣고 강불에 끓여준다.
4. 물이 끓어오르면 뚜껑을 닫고 중불에 20분간 끓여준다.
